AT&T Mexico and Endeavor have launched a program called eNovadoras 2023 to boost 10 women in the entrepreneurial field.
In the initial phase of the program, over 75 applications from companies in various sectors, ranging from Software as a Service (SaaS) to health and finance, were received. Of these, 16 were shortlisted and presented their ideas to a panel of experts, which included representatives from AT&T Mexico, Endeavor, and other organizations. Eventually, 10 companies were chosen, standing out for their innovative and transformative vision.
It’s worth noting that currently, only 37% of startups in Mexico are led by women, which drops to 25% in the tech sector, according to ASEM. Therefore, the program will offer a four-month acceleration period to help scale these businesses.

The selected projects cover a variety of sectors, including technology for livestock, tax automation, and applications to improve talent selection processes. Endeavor noted that, despite gender gaps, female entrepreneurs account for more than a third of the global GDP and tend to reach profitability faster than their male counterparts.
The second edition of eNovadoras aims to identify and support high-impact women-led tech startups in Mexico. The plan seeks to promote inclusion and the development of digital solutions that benefit society.
