Founded in 2023 by Leandro Rzezak and Andrés Avila, GenLoyal is now operational in Mexico. The platform utilizes artificial intelligence to automate customer service, marketing, and loyalty processes for the retail sector, with a focus on restaurants. It analyzes data from both online and in-store interactions to provide targeted customer experiences aimed at increasing sales and loyalty.

According to the PwC Customer Loyalty Survey 2022, 55% of consumers would stop purchasing from a brand after several bad experiences, and 53% prioritize good pricing in their loyalty. Additionally, 30% are attracted by loyalty program benefits. GenLoyal’s introduction comes in response to these market needs, emphasizing the importance of customer retention strategies in a competitive environment.

GenLoyal has partnered with Pacto, a restaurant management platform, enabling restaurants affiliated with Pacto to utilize GenLoyal’s services for free for the initial month. This partnership is significant as the Mexican restaurant sector, according to CANIRAC, has recovered 90% post-pandemic and aims for full recovery by the year’s end.

GenLoyal’s entry into the Mexican market is marked by a strategy to equip traditional stores with the ability to analyze customer behavior across different channels to improve the overall customer experience and offer personalized loyalty programs. Currently, GenLoyal operates not only in Mexico but also in Ecuador and Nicaragua, aiming to enhance customer engagement and business performance for retailers.
