It targets improving ecommerce for retailers in Latin America with a suite of integrated services and tools. The platform empowers retailers to scale their digital sales platforms, enhance profitability, and improve customer experience.

Zubale operates out of Mexico City but has expanded its reach to Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Peru, serving over 115 clients across 200 cities and more than 3000 stores. The recent funding aims to develop market strategies to solidify its presence in Mexico and Brazil and to strengthen its service portfolio, including:

  • FlexiFleet: A marketplace for freelancers aiding sellers’ growth in ecommerce.
  • Consumer Connect: A software leveraging WhatsApp to enhance customer experience.
  • Fulfillment Optimizer: An end-to-end modular software increasing productivity in reservation, collection, and product delivery.

Zubale’s ambition goes beyond managing millions of orders across six countries. It aims to continue revolutionizing ecommerce in Latin America, understanding the unique challenges and bottlenecks faced by retailers in the region. CEO Sebastian Monroy emphasized the company’s commitment to delivering impactful solutions and staying attuned to retailers’ evolving needs.
