Truora, the Colombian startup, has positioned itself as Meta’s sparkling new partner for providing business solutions. This strategic connection is focused on strengthening Truora’s advanced platform aimed at customer engagement on WhatsApp, thus facilitating companies to connect, interact, and retain their users.

Truora’s Customer Engagement platform uses artificial intelligence and WhatsApp to optimize interactions, provide tailored support, and deliver real-time information through the interface of the popular messaging application.

Thanks to the collaboration with Meta, Truora gains access to Meta’s extensive network and vast knowledge, factors that are accelerating Truora’s growth in Latin America.

Regarding financing, Truora has secured a total of US$18.7 million across four investment rounds. The most recent one took place on April 4, 2022, in a Series A round. A total of 18 investors back this startup, with 17Sigma and Kerry Wang standing as the most recent.

The customer interaction solutions market was valued at US$15.52 billion in 2020 and is expected to reach US$ 30.92 billion by 2026, at a CAGR of 12.65%, during the forecast period (2021 – 2026), according to the report Aspects Software.
