Vambe raised US$14 million in Series A, sending a clear signal to the Latin American tech ecosystem that conversational commerce with artificial intelligence is entering a new stage of scale and sophistication.

The round was led by Monashees and added Cathay Latam, Atlantico and Tekton Ventures, in addition to the backing of existing investors such as Chile Ventures, SkyDeck Berkeley, Nazca and M13. With this investment, Vambe seeks to consolidate its position as a leading AI-powered conversational commerce platform for B2C companies in the region

In addition to this decision, the company also strengthened its corporate governance by integrating Simon Borrero, co-founder and CEO of Rappi, to its Board of Directors, along with strategic advisors such as Jaime Arrieta (Buk), Guillermo Gomez (Flash) and Ignacio Canals (Galgo).

“This round reflects almost two years of intense work by the team, the trust of our clients and the real impact we generate in their businesses. It allows us to play at the next level and demonstrate that Vambe has the ability to transform conversational commerce in Latin America and, later, in the world”, said Nicolás Camhi, CEO and co-founder of Vambe.

With great opportunity for growth

Vambe currently operates in Chile and Mexico, records an average monthly growth of 17% and exceeds 1,700 active implementations in companies from different sectors.

Its platform automates the entire sales cycle, from the first interaction to closing sales, retention and support, with 24/7 operation and without the need to expand human teams.

According to Vambe, the capital it raised will be allocated to three strategic fronts: scaling operations in Chile and Mexico and tripling customer-facing teams; launching operations in Brazil during the first half of 2026; and developing an agent-to-agent advertising recommendations engine, which will enable collaboration between agents from different companies, creating the first network effect in conversational commerce.

“We will continue to drive our growth with a focus on Chile and Mexico, while we start preparing our arrival in Brazil in 2026, the largest and most strategic market in the region,” said the executive in an interview with Contxto.

The use of AI agents

The participating funds’ technical teams highlighted Vambe’s unique ability to orchestrate multiple AI agents in complex scenarios, its real-time observability system and its architecture ready to scale to millions of daily interactions without quality loss.

“We are developing integrated payments, voice calling, cross-recommendations that will allow any business to scale with the capabilities of a massive enterprise, all while maintaining an experience that feels completely human to the end user” notes Matias Perez, CPO of Vambe.

Backed by Monashees, Cathay Latam, Atlantico, Tekton Ventures and a group of strategic investors, Vambe solidifies its position as Latin America’s leading AI-powered conversational commerce platform, with the technology, team and capital to scale aggressively over the next 18 months.

Vambe will take its product to the next level by continuing to build the most advanced conversational commerce platform in the region, integrating artificial intelligence into marketing, conversion, payments and retention. “The company will reinforce the robustness, usability and scalability of its technology, aware that today it operates critical processes for its customers. With this evolution, Vambe aims to be more reliable than ever,” said Perez.
