Women in Tech by Xepelin will live its third edition to continue consolidating the feminine perspective in the technological field, highlighting leaders and important representatives of local and international startups.

Technology has experienced notable advances thanks to artificial intelligence and data analysis, addressing various challenges.

In this context, women have emerged as invaluable leaders, playing key roles in startups and challenging conventions, leading to innovative results.

This spirit of leadership and women’s empowerment comes to life in ‘Women in Tech,’ an event organized by Xepelin, a financial technology company.

This event serves as a platform to share the experiences of prominent professionals in the sector and inspire more women to join this expanding industry.

The third edition of ‘Women in Tech’ will feature the participation of prominent figures in the industry, such as Teresa Ripamonti, Senior Manager at Mercado Pago; Francisca Varela, Director and co-founder of Kodea; and Alice Martins, Chief Digital Officer of Banco Bice.

These experts will share their experiences and perspectives in a panel moderated by Carolina Blasco, Data Director at Xepelin.

The Women in Tech 2023 event is scheduled for the next Wednesday, December 6th, at 18:00 hours at the WeWork offices in Mariano Sánchez Fontecilla, Las Condes.
