Leveraging the harvest season, both firms participated in the Investment Forum and Ethereum Mendoza event to promote Web3 and crypto business opportunities with key local players, marking their initial steps towards regional expansion.
Bit2Me, distinguished as the first exchange globally authorized by the Bank of Spain, ranks as one of the most trustworthy virtual currency platforms worldwide. Offering over twenty services, including the purchase, sale, and exchange of more than 250 digital assets, high-frequency trading, and Earn for cryptocurrency yields, it serves over 2 million users across 100 countries, with a 2023 transaction volume of $2.7 billion.
Bit2Me recently announced a €14 million investment round, led by Investcorp, an alternative investment firm managing over $50 billion, alongside Telefónica Ventures and additional funding from BBVA. This capital boost will solidify its Spanish market position and fuel its Latin American expansion, targeting Argentina first, planned for May this year.
