Karen Serfaty, a self-taught coder with experience as CTO of Nilus and independent software engineering, leads as CEO. Gianina Rossi, COO, brings her background in telecommunications engineering and strategic partnerships, having worked with major corporations like Telefonica and Ciena. Josefina Van Thienen, CRO, joined Atlas after her MBA at Duke and a career in San Francisco building strategic partnerships at Microsoft.

The investment signifies confidence in Atlas’ mission to transform global employee benefits delivery. The company plans to use the funds to accelerate growth, focusing on U.S.-based companies with international teams. The support from Hi Ventures highlights the potential for Atlas to lead in the global benefits market, backed by a team with a proven track record in scaling technology and strategic development.
