Founded in 2020 by Colombian entrepreneur Carlos Salazar, MagicLog is pioneering an AI and machine learning-based feature designed to enhance data quality control across supply chains.
Scheduled for release by the end of Q2 this year, this solution aims to identify operational data outliers, reflecting MagicLog’s commitment to modernizing logistic service providers’ client experience by reducing operational costs and boosting client retention and new business revenue.
Lucas Saavedra reports over Startups Latam that, with over 4,000 active users, MagicLog is expanding its technological frontier, including a project for automated data extraction from email documents and PDFs expected by Q1 2025.
As MagicLog grows its footprint in the United States, aiming for 325 active clients, it also targets expansion in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Peru, and Chile.
The company’s strategic approach involves participating in leading industry fairs, such as Manifest in Las Vegas and Intermodal in Sao Paulo, and planning a second-phase entry into the European market in 2025, focusing on Italy, Spain, and Germany.
Through partnerships with logistic associations across countries, MagicLog is positioned to delve deeper into local logistic markets, offering tailored solutions across international logistics, customs, storage, distribution, and reverse logistics sectors.
