Contxto – Chilean startup Reversso had a good Demo Day, has so far raised US$160,000 in a round led by Platanus Ventures.
After being founded in 2019, the solution created by brothers Benjamin and Clemente Santa Maria, alongside Benjamin Regonesi, has become a new way to optimize the e-commerce process by being simpler, cheaper, and faster than a regular software.
Reversso’s customer priorities
Working with nearly 45 stores in the likes of Patagonia, Puma, Arrow, and Espirit, this software takes care of every step of the purchase process automatically from going through inventory, item availability, scheduling, refunds, and exchange.
“We wanted the customer experience for the client to be easy and dynamic. We wanted them to have access to the inventory and stock in real-time, making the availability and solution processing more friendly and practical,” said Clemente.
Being a Software-as-a-Service (Saas) startup, companies can get Reversso by purchasing a monthly membership. Prices will vary depending on the functions and logistics that may be needed.
Making e-commerce easier
During the pandemic, Reversso has seen growth skyrocket by 88 percent on a monthly average.
Now they are looking for what is next and the startup is setting their sights on Mexico and Brazil to work with a company that they already work with in Chile.
“We founded Reversso with a mission to become an upgrade software and today we have the possibility to offer our solutions to many e-commerce,” said the founder.
