Nubank Mexico Adds Dimo Platform for Phone Number-Based Money Transfers

Dimo, a platform operated by the Bank of Mexico, enables users to conduct money transfers using only the recipient’s phone number. Iván Canales, General Manager of Nu México, emphasized this integration as a move to simplify financial transactions and support the digital economy in Mexico.

Currently, Nubank serves over 5 million users in Mexico and continues to expand its range of financial products in the country. This development marks a significant enhancement to Nubank’s mobile application, aligning with the bank’s focus on providing streamlined and efficient banking solutions.
